Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SiiYa platform, including siiya.online and apps.siiya.online, operated by SiiYa Ventures Corporation ("SiiYa," "we," or "us"). By using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Description of Service

SiiYa is a multi-creator content intelligence and publishing platform that enables individual creators, musicians, artists, and media professionals to:

• Browse and analyze media credibility signals via our AI-powered Tri-Lens scoring system.
• Connect social media accounts (including TikTok) and publish or schedule content through our platform.
• Manage content workflows across multiple platforms from a single dashboard.

The platform is intended for use by independent creators, creative professionals, and businesses — not as an internal or personal single-user tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use this platform. By using SiiYa you represent that these conditions are met.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@siiya.online if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to SiiYa:

• You authorize SiiYa to access your TikTok profile information (username, display name, avatar, follower count) via the user.info.basic scope.
• You authorize SiiYa to upload videos to your TikTok account via the video.upload scope, solely when you initiate a publish or schedule action.
• You represent that you have the right to publish any content you submit through the platform, and that such content complies with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your SiiYa account settings or directly from TikTok's Connected Apps settings.
• SiiYa will not post content to your TikTok account without an explicit action from you (manual publish or confirmed schedule).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or any applicable platform's policies.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or files that could damage our systems or other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including copyright, defamation, and privacy laws.
• Circumvent security measures or access data you are not authorized to access.

6. Content Ownership and License

• Your content: you retain full ownership of any content you upload or publish through SiiYa. By using the platform, you grant SiiYa a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit your content to connected platforms as directed by you.
• Our platform: all software, design, scoring algorithms, and platform features are the intellectual property of SiiYa Ventures Corporation. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

SiiYa integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. SiiYa is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions or content removals on those platforms.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content published through it will be accepted by third-party platforms. Media credibility scores provided by our Tri-Lens system are analytical tools — they are not legal, editorial, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiiYa Ventures Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@siiya.online. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
