SiiYa ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by SiiYa Ventures Corporation, provides an AI-powered content intelligence platform at siiya.online and apps.siiya.online. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you use our platform, including when you connect a TikTok account through our TikTok integration.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account information you provide: name, email address, and profile details when you create a SiiYa account.
- TikTok account data (when you authorize our TikTok integration):
- TikTok user ID and username
- Display name and profile photo URL
- Public bio and follower/following counts
- Video metadata for content you choose to publish through our platform (title, description, privacy settings, scheduling information)
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, and IP address (used for security and platform improvement).
- Content you submit: videos or media files you upload through our platform for publishing to connected accounts.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your session.
- To connect your TikTok account and execute actions you explicitly authorize (such as uploading a video).
- To display your TikTok profile information within our platform dashboard.
- To schedule and publish content to TikTok on your behalf, as directed by you.
- To send you transactional notifications related to your account or content actions.
- To detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To improve and develop our platform features.
We do not sell your personal data or TikTok data to third parties. We do not use your TikTok data to train machine learning models without your explicit written consent.
3. TikTok Data — Specific Disclosures
Our platform integrates with the TikTok for Developers API. When you connect your TikTok account, we access the following scopes:
- user.info.basic — to read your public TikTok profile (username, display name, avatar, follower count).
- video.upload — to upload videos to your TikTok account on your behalf, only when you initiate a publish or schedule action.
TikTok data accessed through these scopes is used solely to operate the features you request. We do not access TikTok data beyond what is necessary for the actions you initiate.
4. Data Retention
- TikTok profile information (user ID, username, avatar) is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Published content metadata (video IDs, publish timestamps) is retained for your publishing history and analytics.
- If you disconnect your TikTok account, we delete all TikTok OAuth tokens within 24 hours. Profile data cached from TikTok is deleted within 30 days.
- If you delete your SiiYa account, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: infrastructure partners (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or government request.
- Business transfer: in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access: you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: you may update or correct your account information at any time.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@siiya.online. We will complete deletion within 30 days.
- Disconnect TikTok: you can revoke our TikTok access at any time from your TikTok account settings at tiktok.com/settings → Manage Account → Connected Apps.
- Opt out of marketing: you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and localStorage to persist your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
8. Children's Privacy
Our platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
